My Group for the Music Video

 Hello guys, welcome or welcome back to my blog. Beginning my Music Video preparation I have decided on two pivotal parts of my project. The first part was deciding whom I wanted to collaborate with for this music video. The second part was sitting down with my groupmates and deciding on a song to use.

 For the first part, I immediately knew who I was going to work with. As you may likely recall, in my last post I mentioned my friends Callie Brown and Nijah Sarduy. What you may not know is that they are both also taking the AICE Media Studies course. That being said, when group work became an option, they were the only legitimate choices. In addition to them, I am working with another mutual friend from Callie and Nijah's class period, Imani Hart. Though it's often not recommended to work in a group with your friends I know my friends to be innovative as well as reliable individuals. I fully trust that there will be no problem as far as buckling down and completing this assignment.

Moving on to the second part, the song. For the song I actually wasn't sure which song was going to be used as I am not in my groupmates class period. I ended up deciding to set up a FaceTime call after school to share ideas and come to a final choice. The song ended up being "2SEATER" a 2015 release from the album "Cherry Bomb" by Tyler, The Creator. It was even specifically decided what portion of the song will be used being roughly from 3:47 to 4:41. This was chosen because all the members of my group love to listen to Tyler, the Creator. I actually hadn't specifically listened to this song, but I fell in love with it on the first listen. The assembly of my group and completed song choice effectively mark the official start of my Music Video project. Thanks for stopping by and tuning in.
